Shime Saba Carpaccio
Introducing a new Italian & Japanese fusion dish! With a hint of Yuzu citrus, this Vinegar Cured Mackerel is perfect for dinner time with Wine.

Ingredients:
| "Shime Saba" (Vinegar cured mackerel) | 1 package |
| Salad greens | About 2 handfuls |
| Soy Sauce | 1 Tbsp |
| Yuzu Peel | 1/2 Tsp |
| Olive Oil | 1 Tbsp |
| Lemon Juice | 1 Tbsp |
| Salt | (to taste) |
| Black Pepper | (to taste) |

Cooking instruction:
1. Thinly slice "Shime Saba" (Vinegar cured mackerel).
2. For Dressing, mix Soy Sauce, Yuzu Citrus Peel, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt, and Black Pepper.
3. Mix the Dressing & Salad greens.
4. Place thinly-sliced "Shime Saba" in flower petal shape on a plate, and top it with Salad greens.
